Do you offer gluten-free baked goods?
Not currently, but it’s something we hope to introduce in the future.

Storage & Freshness

How should I store my Cake Tubs and Maddies?

  • Cake Tubs
    Cake tubs must be stored in the refrigerator to keep them cool until serving.
  • Maddies
    Maddies are best enjoyed fresh on the day of purchase, but are best consumed within 2 days. If saving them for later, keep your Maddies in an airtight container at room temperature to help keep them fresh

How long do they last?
For the best taste, please consume both Cake Tubs and Maddies within 2 days of receiving your order.


Ordering & Delivery

How do I place an order?
You can order directly through our website. Orders are confirmed once full payment is made.

Why isn’t my preferred date available for delivery/pick-up?
As a small-batch home bakery, CHOKKO operates on selected pre-order days with limited pick-up and delivery spots.

If your preferred option is unavailable, it means it has reached capacity. We also allocate limited stock separately for delivery and pick-up — so if delivery is unavailable, it’s worth checking local pick-up (and vice versa).

If both options are unavailable, we are fully sold out for that date.

What should I know about Maddie Tower pick-ups and deliveries?

For pick-ups, we highly recommend having a designated person to carefully hold and support your Maddie Tower during transport. Due to its height, the tower can be delicate and may be susceptible to tipping over if not handled securely. Please take extra care when carrying and transporting your tower to ensure it arrives safely.

For deliveries, we recommend ensuring there is a suitable, stable space ready for your Maddie Tower upon arrival. Our priority is to ensure your tower reaches you in the best possible condition!

Is there a minimum order for delivery?
Yes, we have a minimum spend of $50 for delivery. Delivery fees apply depending on your location and is calculated at checkout. The total will be shown before you complete your order.

Can I order for a different day than what’s available on the website?
At the moment, we only offer the dates shown on our calendar. However, if you’ve got a special occasion, send us an email and we’ll see what we can do ♡

Cancellations & Refunds

Can I cancel my order?
Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all orders are final. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up date are non-refundable.

What is your refund policy?
In exceptional circumstances, CHOKKO may offer a refund or credit at our discretion. Any approved refunds will be returned via your original payment method. For more information, please refer to our Refund Policy page.
