Ordering & Delivery

How do I place an order?
You can order directly through our website. Orders are confirmed once full payment is made.

Why isn’t my preferred date available for delivery/pick-up?
As a small-batch home bakery, CHOKKO operates on selected pre-order days with limited pick-up and delivery spots.

If your preferred option is unavailable, it means it has reached capacity. We also allocate limited stock separately for delivery and pick-up — so if delivery is unavailable, it’s worth checking local pick-up (and vice versa).

If both options are unavailable, we are fully sold out for that date.

Is there a minimum order for delivery/pick-up?
Yes, we have a minimum spend of $32 for both delivery and pick-up. Delivery fees apply depending on your location and is calculated at checkout. The total will be shown before you complete your order.

Can I order for a different day than what’s available on the website?
At the moment, we only offer the dates shown on our calendar. However, if you’ve got a special occasion, send us an email and we’ll see what we can do ♡

Product Details

How many people does one tub serve?
Each tub serves 1-2 people. If you're a big sweets person, it's perfect for one. If not, it's great for sharing!

What about allergens?
Please check the product page for allergen information specific to each cake tub. If you have any allergies or concerns, please contact us before ordering.

Please note: we are a registered home-based kitchen and cannot guarantee that our products are allergen-free.

Do you offer gluten-free cake tubs?
Not currently, but it’s something we hope to introduce in the future.

Storage & Freshness

How should I store my cake tubs?
Cake tubs must be stored in the refrigerator to keep them cool until serving.

How long do they last?
For the best taste, please consume within 2 days of receiving your order.

Cancellations & Refunds

Can I cancel my order?
Due to the perishable nature of our cake tubs, all orders are final. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up date are non-refundable.

What is your refund policy?
In exceptional circumstances, CHOKKO may offer a refund or credit at our discretion. Any approved refunds will be returned via your original payment method. For more information, please refer to our Refund Policy page.
