REFUND POLICY

At CHOKKO, all products are made to order in limited quantities. Due to the perishable and custom nature of our products, the following Refund Policy applies.

For the purposes of this policy, “CHOKKO”, “we”, “us” and “our” refers to CHOKKO.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

FINAL SALE

All CHOKKO products are perishable food items and are sold on a final-sale basis.

We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrectly selected items
  • Failure to read product descriptions
  • Late cancellations
  • Uncollected orders

Orders are not confirmed until full payment has been received.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled pick-up or delivery date are strictly non-refundable.

Due to production scheduling and limited releases, date changes are not permitted.

Refunds or credits may be considered at CHOKKO’s sole discretion, taking into account the circumstances and business impact.

If approved, refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

PRODUCT RESPONSIBILITY

Once a product has been:

Collected by you or delivered to the nominated address, responsibility for storage and handling transfers to you.

CHOKKO is not responsible for:

  • Improper storage
  • Exposure to heat
  • Transport after collection
  • Deterioration in quality once in your possession

Storage instructions should be followed carefully to maintain product quality.

QUALITY CONCERNS

If you believe there is a genuine issue with your order, you must:

Contact us at info@chokko.com.au within 24 hours of receiving your product, provide your order number, provide clear photographs of the issue. Each matter will be assessed individually.

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide a remedy consistent with statutory consumer guarantees.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW

Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as required by law.
