MADDIE Tower Pick-Up & Transport: Due to MADDIE Towers height and delicate nature. We highly recommend bringing a designated passenger to securely hold the tower upright during transport and ensure your vehicle has enough space to carry it safely. Once collected, responsibility for the tower’s safe transport and handling transfers to you. CHOKKO is not responsible for damage, movement, toppling or breakage that occurs during or after customer-arranged transport. Please handle with care during transport to ensure it arrives safely.

SERVING & STORAGE
Our MADDIES Tower are best enjoyed fresh on the day of purchase. Once picked up or delivered to your event, please keep your tower in a cool, dry space away from direct sunlight and heat to keep it looking its best.

If saving them for later, keep your MADDIES in an airtight container at room temperature to help keep them fresh. Best consumed within 2 days.

How should I store my Cake Tubs and Maddies?

Cake Tubs
Cake tubs must be stored in the refrigerator to keep them cool until serving.
Maddies
Maddies are best enjoyed fresh on the day of purchase, but are best consumed within 2 days. If saving them for later, keep your Maddies in an airtight container at room temperature to help keep them fresh

How long do they last?
For the best taste, please consume both Cake Tubs and Maddies within 2 days of receiving your order.

Ordering & Delivery

How do I place an order?
You can order directly through our website. Orders are confirmed once full payment is made.

Why isn’t my preferred date available for delivery/pick-up?
As a small-batch home bakery, CHOKKO operates on selected pre-order days with limited pick-up and delivery spots each day. If one option is unavailable, it has reached capacity. If both are unavailable, we are fully sold out for that date.

Is there a minimum order for delivery?
Yes, we have a minimum spend of $32 for delivery. Delivery fees apply depending on your location and is calculated at checkout. The total will be shown before you complete your order.

Can I order for a different day than what’s available on the website?
At the moment, we only offer the dates shown on our calendar. However, if you’ve got a special occasion, send us an email and we’ll see what we can do ♡
