  • As each MADDIE is individually placed and assembled onto our Maddie Tower, the quantities shown are ONLY APPROXIMATES and may vary slightly, with 1–4 MORE or FEWER pieces depending on the placement and arrangement
  • Please allow a minimum of 7 days’ notice for all MADDIE Tower orders. Dates within this period will not appear as available for selection on our calendar

SERVING & STORAGE 
Our MADDIES are best enjoyed fresh on the day of purchase, but are best consumed within 2 days. If saving them for later, keep your MADDIES in an airtight container at room temperature to help keep them fresh.

• Our Maddies are prepared in a registered home-based kitchen that handles common allergens. We cannot and do not guarantee allergen-free products.

Ordering & Delivery

How do I place an order?
You can order directly through our website. Orders are confirmed once full payment is made.

Why isn’t my preferred date available for delivery/pick-up?
As a small-batch home bakery, CHOKKO operates on selected pre-order days with limited pick-up and delivery spots each day. If one option is unavailable, it has reached capacity. If both are unavailable, we are fully sold out for that date.

Is there a minimum order for delivery?
Yes, we have a minimum spend of $32 for delivery. Delivery fees apply depending on your location and is calculated at checkout. The total will be shown before you complete your order.

Can I order for a different day than what’s available on the website?
At the moment, we only offer the dates shown on our calendar. However, if you’ve got a special occasion, send us an email and we’ll see what we can do ♡

Product Details

How many people does one tub/petite cake serve?
Each tub/petite cake serves 1-2 people. If you're a big sweets person, it's perfect for one. If not, it's great for sharing.

What about allergens?
Please check the product page for allergen information specific to each cake tub. If you have any allergies or concerns, please contact us before ordering. For further information regarding to Allergens, please head to our Allergen Policy page. 

Do you offer gluten-free products?
Not currently, but it’s something we hope to introduce in the future.

How should I store my cake tubs?
Cake tubs must be stored in the refrigerator to keep them cool until serving.

How long do they last?
For the best taste, please consume within 2 days of receiving your order.
